5-6 pepperoni sticks (fully cooked)
5-6 fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed
5-6 celery stalks with leaves, washed and trimmed
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1 packet Spicy Garlic Pickling Mix (Retired) from the In A Snap 10 Minute Quick Pickle Kit (Retired)

Instructions

Pack full a clean 1 quart jar with equal amounts of pepperoni sticks, fresh asparagus and celery stalks with leaves. Combine pickle mix with vinegar and water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour mixture into the jar and cap jar with lid. Cool then refrigerate.
Add 2 tablespoons of the pickle juice to your favourite Caesar cocktail recipe. Garnish Caesar with the pickled asparagus, pepperoni and celery.
